Hello! Katrina here.

I started my career as a freelance journalist, covering hard news and feature stories. I then moved into roles at renowned ad agencies such as 72andSunny and TBWA\Media Arts Lab, as well as Emmy Award-winning production studios including Prometheus Entertainment, primarily working as a researcher and creative on projects like the #shotoniP6 campaign, Jeep’s 75 Years, and The UnXplained on the History Channel.

Along the way, I’ve taken on a range of roles—art director, copywriter, content producer, marketing manager, casting director, and brand strategist—collaborating with brands such as simplehuman, UO Home, TikTok, Forme, American Apparel, Zinqué, and various stealth startups. Across all of these experiences, my work centers on translating data into compelling visual storytelling.

In my spare time, I explore unexamined thoughts, cities, books, and estate sales; write plays; and spend time with my birds, while also contributing to habitat restoration whenever possible. Recently, I completed an artist residency with Concerning Landscape, an initiative of No Canyon Hills dedicated to protecting native species from land development in the Verdugo Hills.

Current personal projects include a mini documentary on butterfly conservation and a play.
